More and more companies are actively involved in building a more inclusive labour market. In the first half of 2025, a total of 9,633 companies throughout Spain collaborated with the Incorpora programme run by the 'la Caixa' Foundation, facilitating 21,003 job placements for people in vulnerable situations and promoting more diverse and equitable working environments.
Since its creation in 2006, Incorpora has consolidated a model of partnership between the business community and social organisations that offers real opportunities to people with greater difficulties in accessing employment: people with disabilities, young people at risk of exclusion, people of migrant origin, women who are victims of gender-based violence, people over 45 and people deprived of their liberty, among other groups.
During the first six months of the year, the programme facilitated 21,003 job placements thanks to the involvement of 9,633 companies.
'When a person gets a job, they not only gain access to a stable income: it also changes the way they see themselves. Work promotes autonomy, drives personal development and social relationships, and boosts self-esteem. Behind every job placement there is a story of overcoming adversity that reminds us that we all deserve a chance. That is why companies that are committed to inclusion become key agents of social progress,' explained Marc Simón, deputy director general of the 'la Caixa' Foundation.

A collaborative model that transforms
The ‘la Caixa’ Foundation’s Incorpora programme facilitates the integration of vulnerable people into the labour market through a network of collaboration between social organisations and companies. In addition to connecting people with job offers, the programme promotes a culture of inclusive hiring and strengthens the links between the social and business fabric.
By actively involving the business world in social and labour inclusion, Incorpora helps to reduce inequalities and build a more cohesive and resilient society.
Participating companies recognise that investing in diverse talent not only improves the working environment, but also strengthens their social commitment and contributes to a fairer and more sustainable economy.
Since its creation, more than 92,000 contracting companies in Spain have placed their trust in Incorpora, belonging to sectors such as hospitality, commerce, logistics, cleaning, transport and social and healthcare services

A network of organisations and experts
Labour integration is made possible by the networking of 1,032 Incorpora experts, who design personalised integration pathways tailored to each individual. The programme's approach is based on recognising individual potential and promoting the active participation of users to achieve effective integration. Making each person feel in control of their own process is key to increasing their autonomy and ensuring the success of the support provided.
This personalised attention, together with continuous monitoring before, during and after recruitment, enables the barriers that hinder access to employment for those participating in the programme to be overcome and improves their activity and employability rates.
Incorpora, with the involvement of 413 social organisations throughout the country, has assisted 57,868 people in vulnerable employment situations in 2025.

Training to improve employability
In a context in which companies are finding it increasingly difficult to find candidates with the right skills, Incorpora promotes training initiatives aligned with the real needs of the labour market. These training courses are designed with the direct involvement of companies, which facilitates an effective connection between supply and demand.
In the first half of 2025, 138 courses were developed, in which 2,064 people participated, 52% of whom found employment after completing the training.
In addition to strengthening technical knowledge, these courses also focus on the cross-cutting skills most valued by companies: teamwork, communication, adaptability and digital skills.

Incorpora, a collaborative model that transforms lives
Through collaboration between companies and social organisations, Incorpora demonstrates that employment is one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of exclusion and building a more cohesive society.
Since its launch in 2006, the Incorpora programme has facilitated more than 460,000 job placements for people in vulnerable situations. This has been possible thanks to the networking of social organisations and socially responsible companies that see the 'la Caixa' Foundation's Incorpora programme as an opportunity to promote corporate social responsibility and social and labour integration.
