The Transition is dead (murdered)

Amnesty is corruption. We wrote it five months ago. We subscribe to it here and now. Almost thirty degrees. A black day. Prelude to political hell. Summer came before spring.
  1. No pain of contrition
  2. The path of a lie
  3. Death of the PSOE
  4. History will not absolve him
  5. Double Tragic Week
  6. Not a single vote for Teresa

The Congress of Deputies (177 votes in favour, 172 against) has given the Organic Law of Amnesty the go-ahead for the BOE. The urgency of this initiative has suffered a (technical-electoral) halt until after 9 June. More corruption. The next day the criminals are out on the streets!

This is the greatest betrayal of national sovereignty since 23-F in 1981. At the same level of indignity as the 11-M of 2004. A parliamentary crime. Without consensus. The Moncloa should be investigated as soon as possible for this toxic law that forces the State to get on its knees before the coup plotters.

This is an unconstitutional text, drafted by a delinquent government and by the criminals themselves, who will have their past whitewashed. Here peace and then glory.

They will end up demanding financial compensation for the ‘repression’ of the Police, the judges, the PP and the PSOE in applying Article 155 of the Magna Carta after the coup of 1 October 2017. The oppressor state, humiliated and paying for the party. It has slipped through the cracks.

This rule is part of the price that Mr. Sánchez has to continue paying for the seven votes that allowed him the investiture. It is not the last letter for the purchase of absolute power. The worst is yet to come for Sánchez. From today he is more hostage than ever to his fellow travellers.

Sánchez's response in parliament is the same for everything: mud. 12 times mud, 4 times extreme right, 3 times hoaxes and 2 times patriotic police in two minutes of response to the leader of the opposition. No matter what the question.

In this last plenary session in May, Artemi Rallo, (PSOE-Castellón) has added to his string of band insults those of Francoists, fascists and philonazis to address the PP and VOX. An example of tolerance.

That's the attitude of Mr. Pedro Sánchez-Pérez Castejón. Absent in the debate, as always, and accused of being a traitor by Vox when he voted yes. A shameful session. Not very edifying.

No pain of contrition

And here we are: forgiving the sins of a thousand coup plotters, several of them fugitives from justice; condoning embezzled public money, eliminating their misdeeds against the Penal Code, the Civil Code and the assault on the Magna Carta. Manipulating evidence against street terrorism and the Democratic Tsunami. Harassing judges and journalists. An atomic bomb at the heart of the rule of law, an invisible and homicidal axe against equality. A stab in the back in broad daylight against coexistence.

The pro-independence supporters have celebrated their victory together with Bildu and PSOE, an essential and necessary collaborator in this anti-democratic and bloodless coup. ‘Today we are not forgiving, we are winning the conflict’, stressed Puigdemont's spokeswoman. Junqueras' representative was bolder. ‘This is the first defeat of the “78 regime”.

It is a full stop. They have already announced that after this historic day, the unity of action of Junts (Noguera) and ERC (Rufián) will culminate in a referendum of self-determination. Don Pedro Gil de las Calzas Verdes, where is your reconciliation? You have won a strategic battle for democracy. Undoubtedly. The war is not over.
The beneficiaries have no regrets. What is more, they announce that they will do it again. These (legal) mafiosi have already threatened to strike again at zero cost. No pain of contrition, no intention to make amends.

The path of a lie

The PSOE was always against the amnesty until the early morning of 23-J. When the polls opened, they found that they lacked seven votes for the investiture. And that is where their change began. A change similar to that of the pardon and embezzlement. To begin with, no.

There are thousands of declarations of unconstitutionality.  On 23 October last year, President Sánchez, taking advantage of the rotating European presidency, proclaimed in Granada, in the presence of his guarantor Ursula von der Leyen, that ‘amnesty, yes’.

On 21 July, Sánchez boasted that ‘the pro-independence movement had demanded amnesty and has not had it’.

24 September: PP demonstration in Madrid. 50,000 people on the streets.

29 September: Investiture.

5 October: the president announces that he is negotiating amnesty with Junts and ERC.

28 October: the PSOE says yes to the bill. Two days later, Santos Cerdán, Secretary of Organisation of the PSOE, and Carles Puigdemont posed in Waterloo to close the agreement under the photo of a ballot box from the illegal 1-O. They lied before and after the general elections. They always lie. Pedro would say it is a change of heart. And so far we have come. Shameful.

Death of the PSOE

Santiago Abascal spoke loud and clear: ‘This is the biggest political corruption since 1978. You are going to amnesty your associates just to stay in power. Are you going to extend the amnesty to your friends and family?", asked the Vox leader, reproached from the left for visiting Netanyahu in Jerusalem last Tuesday.

The PP leader denounced the ambition of a single man [Sánchez].  He defined the president of the government seriously, in four words: ‘political corruption and lies’. He asked to vote no to the Amnesty Law because it creates inequality; no to privileges, no to the separation of powers, no to the persecution of public officials, no to lies’. After branding the president a coward because he has never defended this initiative in the lower house, he demanded that ‘if it is so good [they should withdraw it] and include it in their electoral programme’. He was preaching in the desert.

He did not explain why the PP did not defend this law in the Catalan campaign, nor why it withdrew the Senate-Congress conflict of competences. Nor why candidate Dolors Monserrat did not speak at Sunday's demonstration. Preach and practice transparency better.

Neither did Núñez Feijóo say why Madrid's President Díaz Ayuso was ahead of the presentation of appeals before the TC. However, the popular leader predicted ‘the demise’ of the PSOE. A magician.

In a ‘canutazo’, the three-term minister Bolaños announced a ‘new era’ to overcome the conflict. When I deliver this chronicle to the editor, Puigdemont demands the Generalitat.

History will not absolve him

The amnesty divides Spain further. After his thesis, this is Dr Sánchez's best legislative work. The most corrosive for freedom and democracy.

As of today we know the virtues for which he will go down in the history of infamy. The lies of his mandate, the thesis written for him by Miguel Sebastián's team, the ‘yes is yes’ law that freed 1,150 rapists, the pardons, the amnesty law, the colonisation of the institutions, the permanent polarisation, the creation of an internal (PP-Vox) and external wall (Argentina, Algeria, Israel, Sahara, Italy, Gibraltar-UK, Hungary, Poland).

Breaking the European consensus on Palestine cheated his government on aid to Ukraine (1.128 billion euros) and direct congratulations from Tehran, the Puebla group, Hamas, Hezbollah, the Taliban and Houthi terrorists.  Your friends of totalitarianism.

There are more open perspectives: the investigations - now yes - of the ‘madam president’ (Patxi López, dixit).

In seven months, article 49 has been reformed to give more special protection to disabled people and a bill regulating artistic education.  That's all the legislative baggage.

The amnesty has taken the best negotiations in Switzerland with a fugitive in Waterloo and an international mediator.

Once the amnesty booty has been obtained, Bildu wants it to be extended to its terrorists and for everyone to go out on the streets, whether their hands are stained with blood or not. Then it will be the turn of plenary indulgence for PSOE corruption in Andalusia (ERES, training courses, UGT, embezzlement of public funds). This summer it is white with the red of the fist and the rose.

The secret ERC-Junts pacts announced this Thursday in Congress augur that Illa and Sánchez are facing an indomitable independentism that will continue to blackmail them, here and there, until the end of time. A blackmail automatically renewed if the PP becomes the alternation.  Or rearm the State.

The legislature can start here and end before July. A time with its own name: the dark six-year period of Sanchismo. History will never absolve an unscrupulous, lying and unprincipled ruler.

Double Tragic Week

I am not referring to the one in Barcelona (26 July-1 August 1909). The extension of the military service set the city alight. The lower classes refused to go to Morocco to die. Antonio Maura decreed a general mobilisation and the response was simple: Down with the war! Let the rich go! All or none!

The repression resulted in 78 dead, half a thousand wounded and 112 buildings burnt down (80 of which were convents and churches). As we read in the chronicles of the time, ‘Catalonia is always ready for revolution’. Revolution with hard cash.

The double tragic week to which we refer runs from 17 to 30 May 2024. Let's say I'm talking about Madrid.
Minister Óscar, admirer of Taylor Swift, connected in Salamanca with the university youth. And there he hinted that Trump and Milei were two ‘bad’ boys who had made it to the top. He said of the Argentinean president, to use the words of Professor Tierno Galván, that ‘he was high and on the ball’.

The uproar was so great that the man from Valladolid was surprised at the scale of his jokes. And he did not apologise, no; he regretted the repercussion and said that ‘if he had known, he would never have said it’. A Pisuerga minister never apologises. Too much of a big mouth on social networks and in life.

And here came Javier. Javier Milei in a personal capacity to triumph in the Vistalegre Arena. He spoke without mentioning her of Doña Begoña's corruption. Her husband, wounded in his honour as ‘Mimí metalúrgico’ withdrew ‘sine die’ the Spanish ambassador until the kid apologised.

Diplomatic relations were as strained as ever. Albares called our diplomat in Buenos Aires and read a carpetovetonic statement in the Moncloa, no questions asked, to announce the end of the world. Sánchez published the ambassador's dismissal in the BOE. He will have to ask for a new representative and Milei will be the master of time.

This Albares is the same one who gave the go-ahead to decorate Petro and his wife after insulting our country and kept quiet when AMLO, the Mexican with the most murders and disappearances in the streets during his mandate (150,000), verbally attacked the King and Spain.

Two footnotes: one, Don Pedro openly supported Peronist presidential candidate Sergio Massa (interference in internal affairs) and two, he never congratulated President Milei on his victory: 56% of the vote. He went further: he humiliated him by not sending any member of the government to his inauguration as Felipe VI's minister of the day.

Our country is the second largest investor in Argentina after the United States, which is why the leaders of the largest Spanish companies operating in that sister country came to his call and are in the photo in Madrid. Then he pressured those in the ‘photo’ to support his spoiled child's prank. An open crisis.

In his appearance in Congress on Tuesday 28th, the president promised to explain his wife's interests in the professional world. He arrived, asked everyone to tone down the tension and without taking a breath, he drank some water and began to beat up the right and the extreme right; the mud, the mud machine, the hoaxes, the pseudo-media, the journalists and the judges. We are all faças, Francoists. Only he and his friends are progressive.

Did he clarify anything about his wife? Nothing. He did not even admit that she was under investigation for an alleged offence of influence peddling and another of corruption that he knew about before his letter to the public.  ‘My wife is a great professional and very honest’. That's her honesty; as Caesar's wife we only care that she is honest and appears to be honest.

She took an alleged OCU report, previously leaked to her daily newspaper, out of the rubbish and threatened to sue the entire free press. But the facts are there. And the lawsuits are not forthcoming.

He made a stop along the way to solemnise the recognition of the State of Palestine, setting borders in 1967, drew a corridor between Gaza and the West Bank that would prolong the war for another 20 years and set a capital: East Jerusalem. This geopolitical nonsense drew Israel's ire. The ambassadors of Ireland, Norway (a non-EU country) and Spain were recalled.

The Hebrew government neither forgives nor forgets. He deplored Margarita Robles‘ (incomprehensible) statements calling Israel “genocidal” and demanded that Sánchez remove Yolanda Diez from his government because she is ignorant for saying that “Palestine will be free from the river to the sea”, just the terrorists’ philosophy of extermination. She could be appointed second vice-president of Hamas.

The provocation of Sánchez and Albares continued forty-eight hours later with a visit to the Moncloa by the core of those who support Palestine.

True, foreign minister Israel Katz's video was unfortunate in mixing flamenco and gunfire; it highlighted Hamas's support for Spain. Spanish diplomacy has been worse than with Argentina.

Israel - it should not be forgotten - was decisive in the dismantling of the ETA leadership in Bidur (29 March 1992). And it is our ally in the fight against jihadist terrorism.

Have they stopped to think for a moment that Israel would recognise the Republic of Catalonia as a sovereign state and Carles Puigdemont as a legitimate and honourable president? And while we're at it, would it recognise the Basque Country, Galicia, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla? These ‘monclovites’ are crazy.

And our president, who has not disavowed either Robles or Yolanda - in addition to sending the latter ‘to hell’ with the PP and Vox from the blue bench - on top of that, he goes up to the rostrum of the hemicycle and talks about ‘recognition is not against anyone’ and proclaims himself an (intimate) friend of Israel. He laughs at all of us. Because he can and he is worth it. He is as cynical as he is hypocritical. Even Paris has reproached him for his opportunism.

Zelenski's visit has deepened the (fictitious) divisions between PSOE and Sumar. Yolanda cackles about lack of transparency and democracy with her own government. Why doesn't she leave? Where to? This salon communist does not have the courage to support the butcher Putin, with more than 50.000 murdered. Glory to the Ukrainian people. Mr. President, do not trust Sánchez. He has fooled us all, all the time.

After a week without rain, the 41st Court of Madrid continues the investigation against Begoña Gómez despite the interference of the Attorney General's Office (of the Government) presided by the ‘inidoneous’ Mr. Álvaro García Ortiz, condemned as a ‘bully’ in the CGPJ and the SC. This same body rejected hours later as ‘extemporaneous’ the request to recuse four magistrates who do not agree with his doctrine of servility to the Moncloa.

We have experienced a week like that of the ‘8 golden days’ of the Corty that ends up lasting 14 days and 14 nights.

It would seem that the world has come to a standstill, but no; the world continues to turn. And, suddenly, we discover that the president of the Congress, whom Sánchez treats like a chacha - ‘send him to shut up now’-, while Feijóo was speaking from the rostrum, has lied seriously in the case of the masks. The EU Prosecutor's Office and the Senate committee expect him to tell the truth once and for all. And please do not censor the Journal of Sessions.

The PSOE urgently withdrew the Prostitution bill and the following day the Land law. Doña Yoli votes yes in the Council of Ministers and, when it comes out, she says no. They subtract more than they add up, as FG said on El Hormiguero.

And when we least expected it, on Wednesday 29th of this interminable May, the leadership of Adif and the Ministry of Transport exploded. Emails confirmed that there was impunity for everything, that Sánchez would show his face and that the former minister, the ‘commander’ Ábalos, knew all the plans of his right-hand man, the aizkolari Koldo. As if that were not enough, the European Public Prosecutor's Office is asking Judge Moreno for all the papers of this advisor in case they had affected the European funds.

To make matters worse, we discover that the leadership involved in the plundering of the masks and concessions continues to be promoted in some cases to the point that, ‘if we don't end up in a barrel of cement in the Manzanares, we can perfectly manage the Cali cartel’. Godfather language. You know what I mean. More wood.

This has not been the best double week for Pedro Sánchez, the monarch as Abascal calls him.

Not a single vote for Teresa

The Amnesty Law means a before and an after. This betrayal of national sovereignty will have serious consequences in our near future. There is only one way out: a republican and plurinational Spain. The Transition, assassinated at 46 years of age.

Meanwhile, pro-independence supporters take to the streets in Catalonia to congratulate themselves on their victory.  Aragonés, the acting Prime Minister, has already pointed to the latest objective: the referendum. ‘They said no to pardon; they said no to reduced sentences for embezzlement, they said no to amnesty’. ‘We have wrested everything from Madrid; we will also wrest the referendum from them,’ he insisted. Sánchez is their hero.

The unity of action exhibited this Thursday morning in Congress confirms that Junts and ERC, having achieved impunity and political and economic immunity, have agreed to suffocate and squeeze the president until he surrenders. ‘Neither the PP nor VOX are going to bend me! Surely not. But the convicts Puigdemont and Junquera will make him kneel to the point of humiliation. Illa will explain it to him.

We democrats are not going to apologise to the coup perpetrators that you have whitewashed in order to continue a few more months in the Moncloa. Mr. Sanchez, you are in a time of discount. You presented a fake motion six years ago to regenerate public life. Today we have no budget. The economy is not going like a rocket. Inflation is. There are already more than a million families with no income. Child poverty is the highest in democracy. This is progressivism wrapped in corruption.

The only weapon we citizens have to neutralise this situation and reverse the future is simple: not one vote for Sánchez's PSOE on 9-J. If his 20 seats remain at 10, we will have elections in October. Hit him where it hurts the most. At the ballot box. Spain does not deserve a government that lies to us every day.

It is not that we are against Don Pedro -which we are because of his sentimental politics-; it is that he is against all democrats. In other words, he is against all of us.

This man in love and ambitious only makes electoral decisions. He is the only PSOE candidate. Not one vote for Teresa. Amnesty is the highest wall of Sanchismo. We still have a long week to make the landscapes navigable.
