Rock and roll, funk, swing in the Andalusian gardens

Mr Groovy and The Blue Heads is one of the most emblematic Rhythm & Blues bands in Spain. With more than 15 years of experience and over 1,000 concerts under their belt, this group has performed at the country's main venues and festivals, establishing itself as an undisputed benchmark in the genre.  

Their powerful and elegant live performances masterfully fuse rock and roll, funk, swing, country and blues, turning each performance into a true musical celebration. Their albums The Monday Club (2006), Blueseando (2009), Jauja (2012) and Somos Más (2015) capture the creative pulse of a band that has never stopped evolving or surprising. In 2016, they released the DVD "Una noche en Bilbao" (A Night in Bilbao), a testament to their unmistakable live energy.  

The Fundación Tres Culturas is thus committed to a season opener that combines artistic quality, a festive spirit and an invitation to intercultural encounter through music. Because music — like cinema or thought — is also a shared language that builds bridges and unites shores.
