Minsait, Indra's digital transformation company, and Paradores, a hotel chain with almost a hundred establishments throughout Spain, have signed an agreement to implement the PMS and PoS technological hotel management platform in the public tourism company in order to improve the management of its operations, streamline the booking system and facilitate its adaptation to technological innovations in the sector in a faster and more efficient way.

The project, which is expected to be implemented over a period of 24 months and includes a further 60 months of service, will provide Paradores with the capacity to effectively face the challenges posed by digitalisation and improve its customers' experience.

The Minsait solution, present in hotel chains around the world, will help Paradores to manage reservations with an integrated system for all operations, streamlining check-in and check-out processes, decision-making and simplifying services.

In addition, the system is able to incorporate additional functionalities and changes as new technological developments appear in a more agile way and without added costs.

Another of the platform's advantages is of direct benefit to customers. Through the channels available, such as email, mobile, web and social networks, it improves loyalty programmes and the personalisation of offers, which will allow us to respond to the expectations of users of the Paradores network.

Likewise, the platform that Minsait is implementing in its project for the hotel chain will use a single centralised database to generate forecasts and facilitate decision-making based on customer preferences.

Ricardo Mar, general secretary of the public hotel chain, emphasises that "at Paradores we are committed to the modernisation of the company as one of the fundamental pillars included in the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. The constant technological evolution leads us to put the customer at the centre of our business to improve their experience when they visit a Parador, and for this we have relied on the experience of Minsait to implement this hotel management tool that will help and streamline the company's internal processes".

Emilio Mora, Global Director of Hospitality, Airlines and International Industry at Minsait, welcomes the signing of the agreement "with a chain of the importance of Paradores, a benchmark among the large Spanish and international chains with which we work in search of the most efficient management and satisfaction of the needs arising from an increasingly digital context and customers who demand a unique experience every time they stay at a hotel".
