Minsait, an Indra Group company, has renewed its collaboration with the Andalusian Society for the Development of Telecommunications, Sandetel, in order to support the Andalusian Administration with the implementation of the Management and Support Office Service for Employment Information Systems Projects.

The award reinforces the framework of collaboration that both parties have maintained for years and allows the company to continue its support work in technological initiatives and information systems in the public sector.

The action is framed as support for the Master Plan for the Organisation of Employment and Labour Relations Policies of the Department of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment of the Andalusian Regional Government, which aims to develop specific plans and policies to meet the requirements of citizens and increase the productivity of companies through the promotion of employment, labour integration, vocational training, labour relations, and attention to the self-employed, economic and social agents.

‘Minsait's methodology and innovative capacity is at the service of Sandetel, to improve the efficiency, flexibility and adaptability of the Technical Office of information systems for Employment in Andalusia. In this case, we have done so with an approach based on agile project management, an approach that differs significantly from traditional methods and which requires particular speed and flexibility in the execution of projects so that we can support the sectoral IT employment service of the Digital Agency of Andalusia in a much more dynamic and efficient way’, explained Mayte Sánchez Blas, Minsait's manager for Public Administrations and Public Administrations in Andalusia.

To achieve these objectives, Minsait has provided a multidisciplinary team of 22 specialised technicians in charge of leading and coordinating various digitisation projects in several Employment Services of the Andalusian Regional Government (Ministry of Employment, the Andalusian Institute for Women and the Andalusian Employment Service).

The company also offers services in key areas such as electronic administration; labour intermediation and guidance; content management and web/mobile solutions; interoperability and technological architecture; systems and infrastructures; as well as in horizontal tasks ranging from consultancy, risk control, quality, change management, control, execution and monitoring/billing of the different projects and areas of the aforementioned clients. The high level of certification of the professionals assigned to execution is also a guarantee of value to minimise risks and challenges.

Control of these services is essential to ensure that projects are carried out in a coordinated manner, with proper administration of resources, both human and material, and strategic planning that optimises results and satisfies the requirements and needs of the clients, according to Minsait.

To achieve this, the company has Integrated Development and Infrastructure Services that make technology available and offer a transparent, agile and collaborative approach, fully aligned with the methodology of the Regional Government of Andalusia.

Another of the fundamental pillars of this project is the consistency and efficient management of knowledge, as much of the information processed is sensitive and therefore requires optimal and secure processing, which helps to reduce additional burdens, eliminate duplication and significantly increase productivity.

On the other hand, ‘a comprehensive, flexible vision and regular coordination with the client ensures that resources are used optimally and effectively, adapting to the client's needs and priorities. To this end, we are committed to constant support and availability, enabling us to manage demands and respond to needs at all times and in all situations’, explains Francisco Javier García Pérez, the operation manager, who is directly responsible for the project and manager of Minsait's Projects and Applications area.
