ONCF launches its new mobile application ‘ONCF VOYAGES’ to simplify user journeys

The National Railways Office (ONCF) takes a decisive step in its digitisation strategy with the launch of its new mobile application ‘ONCF VOYAGES’. Now available for download on both Google Play and the App Store, this tool has been designed to facilitate and optimise the traveller experience, allowing them to manage all aspects of their trip directly from their smartphone.
With ONCF VOYAGES, users can book their tickets quickly and easily, choosing their route, departure date, level of comfort, price and even their seat on board. This comprehensive functionality offers a complete solution that puts an end to the need to physically go to stations to purchase tickets.
In addition, the application allows tickets to be linked to a personal account, which is especially useful for discount card or season ticket holders. For this link to be effective, ONCF invites users whose contact details are not yet registered in its database to contact the Customer Relations Centre (CRC) or station agents.
Mobility becomes more fluid and connected thanks to additional features such as search history, a personalised space for managing profiles and travel companions, as well as the possibility of accessing a digital ticket within the application, which can be easily downloaded. Practical options are also offered, such as the cancellation or modification of tickets, as well as the integration of trips into the user's calendar.

For more information about the ‘ONCF VOYAGES’ application, users can visit the official website www.oncf-voyages.ma or contact the Customer Relations Centre by calling 2255 (cost of a local call).
With this new digital initiative, ONCF reaffirms its commitment to the modernisation of its services and the continuous improvement of the passenger experience.
