“Yi-Xin-Europe” cargo train speeds up trade between China and Spain
Last year 2023 was the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Spain and the 10th anniversary of the joint construction of the “Belt and Road” initiative.
In 2023 March the 9th, a train which carried standard boxes of Spanish wine, olive oil and other Spanish feature products set off from Madrid to China(Zhejiang Yiwu). At the same time, another train "Yi-Xin-Europe" set off from China to Spain as well. In this case we can see the effect and development of "Yi-Xin-Europe" is gradually expanded. Also it has become the essential link connecting China and Spain.
It is beneficial to promote the bilateral trade with the train "Yi-Xin-Europe", it plays an important role in terms of the trade between the 2 countries. With the train from Spain to China, the Spanish feature products will be imported to Chinese market rapidly and satisfy Chinese consumers. Meanwhile China also exported a lot of feature products to Spain for instance tea leaf, epidemic prevention supplies, cross-border e-commerce products and cars etc. This provides a wide range opportunities for Chinese and Spanish markets. In recent years, China and Spain economic and trade relations have boosted solidly, with the volume of goods trade between China and Spain exceeding 50 billion$ for the first time in 2022.
For the future perspective, the train "Yi-Xin-Europe" will continue to play an important role based on the ¨One Belt, One Road¨ policy. One both sides they highly welcomed the products can be imported to their own country.
