The Tanja Foundation and the Moroccan Association of Women Entrepreneurs promote collaboration between businesswomen

The president of the Tanja Foundation, Rosa Cañadas, and the president of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Morocco (AFEM), Leila Doukali, have presented the NETME networking project, promoted by both organisations to promote the figure of women in the business sector in Spain and Morocco. Its objective is to consolidate a strong network of support and collaboration between Moroccan and Spanish businesswomen to promote female entrepreneurship at an international level.
The presentation took place at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and was also attended by the President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, José Luis Bonet, the Director General of this institution, Inmaculada Riera; the Director General of International Trade of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Mª Paz Ramos; the Vice-President of Grupo Antolin, María Helena Antolin, and the Institutional Relations Manager of Gestamp, Mireia Arroyo. On behalf of AFEM, in addition to its president, the vice-president, Souad Maadir Tarmidi, the general secretary, Amal Alami, and the coordinator of the NETME project, Wassila Kara Ibrahimi, also participated.
The NETME project has three main lines of action.
The first of these, NETME Mentoring, consists of an international exchange and learning programme aimed at new entrepreneurs who have either set up a business in recent years or intend to do so in the near future. Once in the programme, they will be accompanied by experienced entrepreneurs from the neighbouring country, their "mentors", who will host them in their own companies to guide them in their immediate future.
Secondly, NETME Exchange is an exchange programme designed for experienced female entrepreneurs with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, and who have a company headquarters where they can host their counterparts.
Finally, NETME Networking allows Moroccan and Spanish businesswomen to come into contact with each other and, in short, to consolidate this support network of businesswomen at an international level who want to promote this project in order to work and learn together.
