Amnesty is corruption
Spain took to the streets en masse to defend democracy. A citizenry especially angry against Sánchez. More than a million constitutionalists invaded the squares to tell him that his second surname is not Pérez-Castejón. His second surname since the last Colón (29 October) -Luis del Pino dixit- is Traitor.
This was endorsed by the demonstrators in Puerta del Sol, those in London, Paris and Brussels; those in Albacete, Soria, Salamanca, Toledo, Teruel, Seville, Bilbao, Valencia, La Coruña and so on, those in the rest of Spain, including those who want to denounce this assault on freedom in front of Ferraz 80. Spain wakes up despite the action of Marlaska's police on third generation youth.
Pedro Sánchez Traitor. And by traitor, they mean: perjurer, knave, conspirator, liar, unworthy, villain, deserter and hypocrite. Someone who surrenders without a fight, a coward like Ferdinand VII. Worse, a bad person. History will not absolve him even if he passes the Amnesty law with 279 votes.
Citizens are against criminals becoming honourable people, against making laws to erase their past and are painfully fed up with the president benefiting, blackmailed and humiliated, by a handful of votes. Never have seven votes for an outlaw cost the public purse so much. More than 100 billion in the first year.
Never has the whole of Spain been so vilified by politicians who absolve themselves of the greatest sin of a public servant: corruption. Of course, it is a plurinational corruption. Amnesty is always corruption.
Disconnection laws
Let's say it again: this is a coup d'état directed from the Moncloa Palace. The perverse ones are not Puigdemont, Junqueras, Otegui and Ortúzar. Nor Sumar and Podemos. Those responsible are the ministers Llop (Justice), Marlaska (Interior) and Robles (Defence). How can they support an (immoral) Amnesty law that breaks freedom, equality and erases at a stroke the crimes of coup plotters, terrorists and nationalists, supremacists and xenophobes, convicted and confessed criminals, who rob us blind and who have promised to try secession again?
No, these ministers are not jurists of recognised prestige; they are law dealers, lackeys of the Sanchist caudillo, descendants of the 2nd French Convention. All three are capable, alone or in company with others, of cutting off the royal heads. And those of the dissident plebeians who are all of us who do not agree with the millstones of their infamous lies.
As examples, three victims of governmental despotism: Colonel López de los Cobos and the file opened against the Civil Guards for defending the Constitution (Interior) and the political decapitation of the ex-director of the CNI, Paz Esteban (Defence).
In this summer of San Miguel 2, we inaugurate the Government of the Revolutionary Terror (1792-94). They are the new heirs of Maximilian Robespierre, effective supporters of the informative and bloodless guillotine, for the time being. They have already launched street violence to pre-emptively accuse the PP and VOX. We are all right-wing, ultra-right and fascism. The coup plotters are "progress". The permanent involution. Fuck, what a troop!
Since last November 9th, -34th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall-, they have raised another wall of shame that takes us directly to the Bolivarian dictatorship. This is Parliament's first enabling law and it will not be the last. There will be no shortage of "exprópiese" if the companies do not return to Catalonia. Of course, they do it all for the good of Spain.
They lie, as always, when they say that this is the result of the 23-J polls. We know that they never included amnesty in their electoral programme. Nor did they have pardons, and there they are. Now, there remains the Lawfare, -the harassment, the war on judges-. Since yesterday, the separation of powers is over and, therefore, an invisible and homicidal axe to the State, not to the nation, but to the rule of law.
The plurinational dictatorship has begun with the investiture of citizen Sánchez.
The pacts of ignominy
Let us briefly enumerate, after the collective suffocation, the agreements of infamy. Let's start with the PSOE-Bildu pacts. Sánchez himself signed them. Otegui, Ternera and Txapote were missing. Transparency is the absolute socialist silence. What have they demanded in exchange? All the prisoners on the streets, the Pamplona City Council stolen from UPN, millions for the Basque language, recognition of Basque nationality, annexation of Navarre, the army and the Guardia Civil out, and a Basque referendum (rigged) on the same day as the Catalan referendum.
The photo of Junqueras' stretcher table with Valido Bolaños will bear the weight of the days very badly. There, a cheque for 15,000 million each year was handed over, plus the suburban trains and the AVE. The key to the ports, another 1.3 billion for the regional police and the cancellation of the Generalitat's wastefulness. And the historical debt (456,000 million), the transfer of 100% of taxes and Catalan as the only language from school to university.
All these are privileges for the coup plotters. The amnesty is taken for granted and the referendum for independence will be held unilaterally. Cutting up Renfe and Adif, after the rulings against them by the TC, are stabs in the back for solidarity. If they hand over the management, the Spanish administration will disappear from that autonomous community. That is what it is all about. It is about laminating the presence of the State. Farewell to the Mediterranean Corridor because it will have to pay a medieval toll when it crosses this land on its way to France. Glory to the Catalan constitutionalists who are helpless until the next century!
Of all the lies of history, the most false is the story that Don Pedro has swallowed of the War of Secession between the Austracists and the Bourbons, which ended with the victory of the Duke of Anjou, the future Bourbon king Philip V. After the coups d'état of the Catalan government in 1934 and 1936, the repression of the Catalans began, to the point that it continued with more protectionism than in the 18th and 19th centuries. Naturally, they ignored their slave-owning past and their manufacturing privileges. Until well into democracy - it should not be forgotten - it was Rafael Escuredo who refused to allow the profits of the savings banks to go directly to Catalonia and the Basque Country.
The Catalan's victimhood is another big lie. Pujol and his pious family, with their missals, have been the biggest thieves in European history - more corrupt than the Romanian Ceaucescu - and the Chinese wall of amnesty will also protect them. Just like Más, Torra and the rest of the rebels. Catalonia will be Putin's colony. The most obscene thing is to denounce the repression of the people when all of them are paid from the state budget.
The Sánchez-Puigdemont Pact - signed in a strange land - is a full-fledged surrender of the commander-in-chief, Sánchez-Traidor. Graphology confirms that both signatories, Cerdán and Turull, are not servants, but militant sectarians with the soul of slaves of Ferraz and Waterloo.
The ethical and moral indecency of the socialist and the fugitive coup-maker knows no bounds. They are as good as each other. Two gamblers in which the price of betrayal and the coup will be paid by the taxpayers. Puchi's last penalty is that we pay for his personal security. Sánchez always pays for the party. And in the meantime both will get off scot-free. They are the new heroes of the Diagonal.
Puigdemont has imposed the four foreign rapporteurs - companions, they call them Patxi López and Bolaños -, the perimeter of the amnesty starting with himself who, as soon as they approve it, his European and international arrest warrant will lapse. And he will go home in praise of sainthood.
It will also include his fellow criminals: the philoetarra and lawyer Gonzalo Boye, the corrupt Laura Borràs, the terrorists of Tsunami Democrátic and the idealists of the CDR who set fire to Barcelona and "squatted" the airport in the nights of terror and fire of 2017. Nights of long knives and broken glass. But it was all a reverie.
All the protagonists of the process to the streets since 2012 to the patriots who tried to attack the Tour of Spain this year. The policemen who defended legality, to prison.
The presence of Catalonia in international bodies is enshrined, with the same rank as Spain; the door is opened so that all the judges who have intervened in the process -Llarena, Marchena and García-Castellón-, among others, can be accused of prevarication and expelled from their careers. A purge as in the times of the Second Republic. Prevalence and singularity of Catalonia over the rest of the Autonomous Regions in the fiscal and financial spheres. And, revisionism of Spanish history based on the lies of nationalism. In short, first and second class citizens. Beyond the "dialogue" tables, it will be the Parliament that will have the last word.
The PNV is always in its Christian Democrat and diabolical line, taking political and economic advantage. It is time for mushrooms and nuts. More Basque quota, always with a secret formula, the Ertzaintza guarding the ports, the State Security Forces out of the Basque Country, dismantling of the barracks, breaking up of the Single Social Security Fund, 250 million for the AVE and the "special clause" of the PNV (not the government of Vitoria) with the right not to apply the laws emanating from the national Parliament in its territory.
Coalición Canaria is understandable. It will end up devoured by the Saharan haze and migrants. Sánchez gets seven votes, enough for his investiture and to remain in power until the 27th. He will prolong, elections or no elections, until the 31st. After these serious concessions, what have the communist, pro-coup, nationalist and nationalist partners, as well as the weathervane Canarian deputy, conceded? Nothing.
Spain is being mortgaged and will end up breaking up. But it will break up plurinationally. This is the racist dialogue and concord. The condemned Borrás explained it with meridian clarity: "Before we had a problem with Spain; now the Spaniards have a problem with Sánchez". Minutes after the pact with the PSOE, the embezzler of public funds to give them to a close friend was even clearer: "With this signature, Junts does not renounce anything". In other words, they will once again strike the final blow. And then she was even more forceful, shrouded in impunity: "The legislature will last as long as Sánchez's word lasts". We all know he is a man whose word is worth less than nothing. But his changes of opinion will allow him to survive this 15th Legislature.
Enabling bill
The president and the PSOE always play with marked cards. In Ferraz and in Moncloa. The pantomime of the militant majority with the envelope in hand and without showing any document, gives ample room for suspicion. One question that must be asked. If the proposal is so strictly constitutional, why has it not been processed as an organic law with the mandatory legal reports from the Council of State, the General Council of the Judiciary and the Supreme Court? Why is any appeal prevented from paralysing its execution? Simply because after two months of processing it will be published in the BOE and all the criminals affected - all of them - will be able to return home and run in the next elections in Catalonia. The European elections will be considered the first plebiscite next May.
Five clarifications to the text signed only by the PSOE in Congress:
First: the wording is a grammatical and legal mess. The preamble seems to have been written by the President of the TC himself. It speaks 33 times that the text is constitutional without having been studied by the Court of Guarantees.
Second: another part of the articles has been drafted by Junts so that Puigdemont will not be brought to justice. Sánchez erases history so that the coup leader can return free. A safe-conduct to continue committing crimes.
Third: it is a threat against the judges who are ordered to abandon all the proceedings underway and, surprise surprise! the measure of grace will be extended to untried terrorist acts. Not even Carl Schmitt could have made it easier.
Fourth: it is a criminal, administrative and accounting pardon. A forgetfulness to whitewash the enemies of Spain. This law has been urgently processed to prevent the alternation of power. "So that the right does not govern", said Sánchez.
And fifth: it is a law of disconnection to neutralise justice. Now we see what we already knew: that socialists, nationalists, separatists and terrorists are socialists, nationalists, separatists and terrorists rather than democrats.
One more consideration: the socialist argument will insist that amnesty is a normal occurrence throughout Europe. There is only one precedent: the coup d'état of Comandante Chávez in Venezuela (2002). He was amnestied, ascended to heaven and there is the result two decades and one year later: a country with eight million political exiles, a corrupt country, pensions of three dollars a month - you don't get it if you live outside the country - and brutal repression. A perfect dictatorship. This is the way forward.
How many amnesties, Mr Foreign Minister, have been granted in the EU after a coup d'état? None, because there have been no coups d'état in the Europe of democracy and freedoms. You have lied enough. Fuck off! To cap it all, when Félix Bolaños was presented with this nauseating text, he was betrayed by his subconscious: "This is an impeccably unconstitutional law". And so it is.
This is unstoppable
The tide of democrats that last Sunday went out to protest in all the provincial capitals will not stop just because the Amnesty Law has entered Congress. This is the list of the institutions that reject the socialist attack on the rule of law in view of the threat it poses to national unity
Political parties: PP, VOX, UPN and the PSOE of Antas (Almería). Autonomous Communities: all those governed by the PP, including the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.
Judiciary: General Council of the Judiciary, Supreme Court, High Courts of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura and Madrid; Permanent Commission of the Presidents of the Provincial Courts of Spain. Asociación Profesional de la Magistratura (APM) Asociación Judicial Francisco de Vitoria, Juezas y Jueces para la Democracia, dean judges of 80 judicial districts. Association of Prosecutors and Progressive Union of Prosecutors, who have demanded the resignation of the State Prosecutor for looking the other way.
State Lawyers, the Illustrious National Association of Lawyers for the Administration of Justice, Auditors of the Court of Auditors, the Progressive Union of Lawyers, the Higher Corps of Social Security Lawyers, Bar Associations from almost all of Spain. Some twenty prestigious law firms, such as Uría Menéndez, Pérez Llorca and Cuatrecasas. 600 notaries, the Association of Spanish Diplomats, the Tax Inspectors, the Association of Civil Guards, Jupol, the Chambers of Commerce and the Bar Associations of almost all of Spain; newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal, The Times, El Mundo, ABC and La Gaceta Regional de Salamanca.
I have already signed the statement of repulsion of the Asación de Periodistas para la Democracia against the silence of our APM. The trade unions continue with their mariscadas! and the CEOE complains about the difficulties to create jobs. No official condemnation of the amnesty. Only the National Grain Service has failed to join the condemnation.
Amnesty is oblivion
And here peace and then glory. In the factories of Ferraz and Moncloa - the so-called synchronised opinion team - they believe that after Thursday's investiture and the new Council of Ministers the streets will calm down. And the democrats will forget about the amnesty. Sánchez will appear this Wednesday at noon to exhort us that his sacrifice is for the Homeland. He will kneel before his cronies, he will forgive them their debts and their sins so that they will vote for him on Thursday. We will have the weakest and most corrupt president in democracy, blackmailed day after day. Pardoning corrupt people is corruption.
His tone will be very soft, whispering, as one whispers to horses - a herd of sectarian voters -, it will be a Franciscan sermon, environmental, photovoltaic, green, feminist, LGTBI, climate, sustainable... a monologue that will be broken in the catastrophist replies to Feijóo and Santiago Abascal. They are the cavern. With the rented votes in each parliamentary initiative, Sánchez will appeal to the people, to his social majority and to his popular democracy. He will poison us with progressive goodism, he will stress us, he will divide us so that we clash civilly, he will take us to the edge of the abyss and he will force us like Japanese kamikazes to step forward.
The president has lied to everyone all along. And the new time is only called Caesarist power. Authoritarianism. With the people who took to the streets, we will return with more strength to Cibeles on Saturday 18th. And we will remind them in front of their headquarters that the PSOE has surrendered preemptively. And that they are traitors.
This amnesty, blessed by Cándido Conde Pumpido, if it goes ahead, will be a collegiate prevarication. And repealing part of the Penal Code to erase the crimes of the criminals of 1-O is a betrayal of the State and, in particular, of judicial independence. We have already seen the submission of President Armengol -the one of popular sovereignty- to the president. We already have a senior PSOE lawyer in Congress who will qualify the law as constitutional. With the opposition neutralised - they are all pro-Franco and violent, even if the victim is Alejo Vidal-Quadras, a fervent democrat - all that remains is to proscribe judges and magistrates. The three powers in the tribune Sánchez.
Seven votes later
We are five minutes away from the greening of Bolivarian "madurismo". And PP and VOX have to make it clear in the investiture debate that whatever the PSOE signs with its allies does not compromise either party. And that they will reverse this situation as soon as they come to power, recovering the crimes of sedition, rebellion and political and economic disqualification for life for those who try to break the unity of the Kingdom of Spain. And the recovery of the previous appeal of unconstitutionality.
The idea of coexistence, reunion and closing wounds is a trap to destroy the Parliamentary Monarchy and dynamite the Constitution. We do not want another Republic. The confrontation led us straight to the Civil War with Largo Caballero as a shuttle. The government of progress is a broader Popular Front, but with the same communists, coup plotters, terrorists and traitors. Social peace and guarantees of civil rights are in danger. They have inoculated hatred and violence is already here. What did they expect?
Faced with the extreme seriousness of this suicidal policy to save one man - one man, rather - the people will remain on the streets, they will resist and sooner rather than later, we will win. Seven votes later... we are not resigned. Mobility does not stop. Spain neither sells out nor surrenders. Spain is still standing. And forward. On the constitutional path.
