AliExpress Seller Conference will show Spanish companies how to get the most out of 11.11

AliExpress, Alibaba Group's global online retail marketplace, announces the AliExpress Seller Conference, an event that will bring together around 300 representatives of Spanish sellers on 5 October in Spain. The conference aims to be the kick-off of 11.11, China's biggest shopping festival and the most important shopping event for Spanish SMEs that sell their products on the platform.

AliExpress will offer its vision for this year's 11.11, details of its marketing efforts and the different resources it will make available to sellers in Spain to make their participation in the shopping event more effective. The platform will also present important news on logistics for Spanish sellers, as well as tools, tips, and best practices to succeed in the biggest shopping day of the Marketplace worldwide.

In the last three years, the Spanish market has been the second most important market for AliExpress in terms of gross merchandise volume during 11.11. In 2020, the participation of Spanish companies in 11.11 registered a growth of more than 130% compared to the previous year.

The event will be attended by the Global CEO of AliExpress, Mingqiang Wang, who will speak exclusively about the company's plans and strategy ahead of the next edition of the most important AliExpress shopping event in the world; Estela Ye, executive director of AliExpress Spain, Italy, France and Portugal; Laureano Turienzo, president of the Spanish Retail Association, and one of Spain's leading experts in the world of Retail; William Wang, General Manager of AliExpress in Spain, Italy and France, and Ignacio Zunzunegui, Head of Marketing for AliExpress in Spain, along with other speakers from AliExpress, sellers and service partners, who will address topics of interest and share experiences to help Spanish sellers participating in the next edition of 11. 11 to improve their performance in this campaign.
